Important Information

  • Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (AEST)

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Free shipping on all orders within Australia and New Zealand

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Shipping Information

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that your order has been successfully received.

Order processing takes 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM (AEST) will generally be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email. Delivery can be expected within 3–7 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding processing time.

We offer free shipping on all orders within Australia and New Zealand. Some orders may be dispatched from our international fulfilment partners, including warehouses in China.

Delivery Delays

If the estimated processing and delivery time has passed and you have not yet received your order, please allow an additional 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

If your order still has not arrived after this period, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, please email info@millyandmae.com as soon as possible.

Once your order has been processed, it may no longer be possible to cancel it, subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please take photographs and send them to info@millyandmae.com, including your order number.

We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
